Our Story

Sabra Street was born from a simple idea: Tel Aviv deserves a lunch spot that feels like home — fresh, honest, and unhurried.

Rooted in the Mediterranean

We opened on Dizengoff Street with one mission — to serve the kind of lunch we grew up eating. Hummus made from scratch every morning. Salads dressed with lemon and good olive oil. Bread baked nearby and delivered still warm.

Our name, Sabra, reflects the spirit of this city: resilient, warm, and a little bit sharp — like the prickly pear that grows across Israel.

Every plate we serve is a tribute to the flavors of the Levant, reimagined for the pace of modern Tel Aviv.

Honest Ingredients

No shortcuts. We source from local farms and trusted Mediterranean suppliers — tahini from Nazareth, olives from the Galilee.

Community First

We're a neighborhood cafe. Regulars know our names, and we know theirs. That's how lunch should feel.
